Listed below are the items you will need
for an appointment. You do not need every item
to
make your first appointment. Please call if
you have any questions.
Also, note that all
things may not pertain to you. If you are a
business, farmer, or self-employed, you will also need
to bring your business financials. Please bring
copies of
your taxes, paystubs, or any documents in which you want
to keep the originals. Your consultation is free but
there is a charge for us to copy the documents. Please
make copies if you want to keep originals.
Please have all documentation
removed from envelopes before the consultation.
1) Pay stubs for the last 6 months and/or employer print
out showing your gross wages by date for the last 6
months. Also needed is something to show a year-to-date
earning.
2) Two bills from each creditor dated
within the last 90 days.
3) Last 4 years tax returns, including your W-2
statements.
4) If you have any lawsuits you are involved in which
you may be getting any judgments in your favor
or
are in the midst of legal proceedings seeking damages
for yourself, bring in all paperwork on your case,
including the name and address of the attorneys handling
the case.
5) If you are purchasing your home you will need the
loan documents, the latest property tax statement, and
your house insurance policy. If you have an appraisal
less than 5 years old, bring it in also.
6) If you have a second mortgage, we need all
information including the loan documents and the amount
still due.
7)Vehicle information including loan information, and if
you "own" it, a copy of the title.
8) If you are an heir in any entitlements on property,
bring in that documentation.
9) If you have been served any paperwork such as wage
garnishments, civil suits, or judgments, bring that
paperwork.
10) Copies of any insurance policies (car, home, and
life).
11) If you have divorced within the last 3 years, we
need a copy of the divorce decree.
12) If you have a retirement fund we need a financial
printout of what is in it.
13) Social security card.
14) Driver's license.
15) A detailed list of monthly living expenses with a
supporting bill for each expense.
16) If you are receiving an annuity or structured
settlement each month, please provide a copy of the
Benefit verification as well as the Settlement Agreement
and Release.
